C_2H_2/N_2流量对反应等离子喷涂TiCN涂层影响的研究

摘要 以不同流量的C2H2与N2作为反应气体,通过反应等离子喷涂的方法制备TiCN涂层。并对涂层中物相、组织形貌和显微硬度进行比较与分析。实验结果表明,以C2H2气体流量为0.25m3/h喷涂时,所得涂层的组织致密,硬度较高;以C_2H_2:N_2流量比为1:1进行喷涂时,涂层中的氧化物含量较少,但组织致密性较差,硬度降低。 Titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating was prepared by reactive plasma spraying with the different reactive flow of C2H2 and N2. The coating's phase, structure and microhardness were compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the coating has compact texture and higher microhardness when spraying in the flow of C2H2 in 0.25m^3/h.There are the lower contents of oxides in the TiCN coating, and the coating's density and mircohardness reduce when spraying in the ratio 1:1 of C2H:N2.
