小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞在体外对淋巴细胞增殖和凋亡的影响

摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)是骨髓基质祖细胞,具有多向分化潜能,可应用于各种组织的修复和重建。MSC同时还具有调节免疫系统的作用。在体内及动物实验中,MSC可以减少移植物抗宿主病的发生率并减轻其严重程度。能够延长皮肤移植物的存活时间。国内也有资料显示MSC能够抑制脐血淋巴细胞的转化。但MSC对淋巴细胞的免疫抑制作用机制尚不清楚。我们对此进行了探索。
