The professional education of Landscape Architecture In USA, provides significant reference for the development and reform of Landscape Architedure Education in China. With analysis to Landscape Architedure professional programs in U.S.A, and its "Inter-Faculty," "Inler-departmenlal" programs of Landscape Architecture in Cornell University, challenges facing landscape architects and its educators are figured out. A successful case of establishing professional accreditation in MLA Programme of The University of Hang Kong, and HKILA's registration exam of Landscape Architects are also introduced. Finally, strategies for the development of this profession and its professional education are set forward.
