责任动脉悬吊法在显微血管减压术中的应用 被引量:26

摘要 目的探讨责任动脉悬吊法在显微血管减压术中的应用。方法在显微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛、三叉神经痛、舌咽神经痛病例的手术中应用责任动脉悬吊法,包括面肌痉挛18例,三叉神经痛5例,舌咽神经痛7例。结果术后总有效率100%,治愈率93%(28/30),平均随访12.3个月,治愈率93%(28/30),无复发病例。术后并发症包括:面部麻木1例,面瘫和听力下降各1例,随访期间均自愈;一过性吞咽困难、饮水呛咳1例,一过性声嘶1例,化脓性脑膜炎和无菌性脑膜炎各1例,出院时治愈。结论在显微血管减压术中应用责任动脉悬吊法可提高治愈率、减少并发症和复发率。 Objective To study the effectiveness of offending artery suspension method in microvascular decompression for the treatment of cranial neuropathy cases. Methods The offending artery suspension method was used in microvascular decompression to treat cranial neuropathy cases, including trigeminal neuralgia (5 cases), hemifacial spasm (18 cases), glossopharyngeal neuralgia (7 cases). Results The postoperative total effective rate was 100% , the postoperative curative rate was 93% (28/ 30). After the follow-up period (mean duration: 12.3 months), the curative rate was 93% (28/30). There was no recurrent case. Postoperative complications included: facial numbness( 1 case) ,transient facial palsy( 1 cases), transient hearing dysfunction (1 cases), transient dysphagia and bucking (1 case), transient hoarseness( 1 case) , suppurative meningitis( 1 case) , chemical meningitis( 1 case). Conclusion Offending Artery suspension in microvascular decompression is an effective and safe method to treat cranial neuropathy cases.
