大尺寸薄壁旋转零件爆炸成形 被引量:1

摘要 在爆炸成形工艺中,提供给毛坯各部位的爆炸能量应与该部位的变形量相一致.文章根据这一原理,合理选择药形、药位和药量等参数.通过试验取得最佳爆炸参数,并对试验结果作了分析和讨论。 In the explosive forming technology, the explosion energy supplied to each part of metal blanks should be consist with that needed to deform. According to this principle, the shape, the place and the mass of explosive were reasonably selected, and the optimum parameters were obtained by experiments. Finally, the results of the experiments were also analyzed and discussed.
