摘要
杭州湾区域具有独特的自然环境、丰富的海洋资源和良好的经济、社会条件。但该区域环境现状堪忧,海洋资源的过度利用和闲置现象并存,环境和资源带来了一系列的社会问题。通过对杭州湾区域自然和社会特性的分析,根据区域可持续发展的要求,提出了建设生态杭州湾作为区域可持续发展的长期目标,并建议通过提高经济社会可持续发展能力、调整产业结构、优化资源配置和保护环境等措施来实现杭州湾区域生态的全面、协调和可持续建设。
The Hangzhouwan Bay has the unique natural conditions, abundant resources and satisfactory economic situation, but whose actuality about environment is worriedworthy. Overuse and unused phenomena are coexistent. It brings a series of society problems. Base on analysis of the natural and societal traits, in accordance with requirements of regional sustainable development, this paper points out that the necessary way to actualize the sustainable development is to build ecologic Hangzhouwan Bay. It is suggested that by improving the sustainable development capability, adjusting the industrial structure, optimizing the resources configuration and protecting the environment, the Hangzhouwan Bay region should be developed comprehensively, harmoniously and sustainably.
