摘要
目的评价米氮平治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法米氮平治疗抑郁症41例,应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果米氮平治疗抑郁症有效率87.7%,显效率61%,未见严重不良反应。结论米氮平治疗抑郁症疗效肯定,不良反应较轻。
Objcetive To study the clinical efficacy and side effects of mirtazapine in the treatment of depression. Method Fourty-one depression patients were treated with mirtazapine. The efficacy were assessed by the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression IT（HAMDIT） ;the tolerability was assessed by the treatment emergent symptoms scales（TESS）. Results The efficacy rate of mirtazapine was 87.8% in which 61% were improved markedly. Conclusion Mirtazapine is effective for both positive and negative symptoms of depression.
