摘要
目的探讨玻璃体切割术治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离的疗效。方法对41例(42只眼)高度近视眼黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离,行玻璃体切割术联合眼内光凝黄斑裂孔、12%C3F8填充术,术后面向下体位两周。结果42只眼黄斑裂孔闭合,视网膜复位,随诊1—4年,2只眼术后因合并周边裂孔再次发生局限性视网膜脱离,给予巩膜外垫压、冷凝术封闭周边裂孔后视网膜平复。其中34只眼术后视力不同程度的提高,8只眼视力保持不变。结论玻璃体切割联合眼内光凝黄斑裂孔、12% F3F8填充术是治疗高度近视眼黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect on vitreous surgery in retinal detachment resulting from a macular hole. Methods 42 eyes (41 cases) with highly myopic retinal detachment resulting from a macular hole were involved in this study. By vitreous surgery consociated with photocoaguation on a macular hole inner eyes, then cured by 12% C3F8 tampanade. Face downward 2 weeks as body posture after surgical operation. Results As a result that macular holes in 42 eyes closed, and retinas restored accordingly. During 1 - 4 years examine, the ambitus detachment recurred boundly in 2 eyes resulting from combination after surgical operation, But retina restored after cushion for sclera and condensafion to close perimeter holes. The postoperative eyesight of 34 eyes improves in some degree, and eyesight of 8 eyes keeps intact. Conclusions Vitreous surgery consociated with photocoagulation on macular holes inner eyes, following cured by 12%C3F8 tampanade, is a successful and effective way to cure highly myopia resulting from a macula hole and to improve the success-rate of surgical operafion.
