摘要
目的:探索爬行动物消化道嗜银细胞形态与分布。方法:以改良龙桂开银染法对中华鳖(Trionyx sinensis)、巴西彩龟(Truchemys scripta)消化道嗜银细胞进行染色与显微观察。结果与结论:两种动物消化道从食管至大肠均有嗜银细胞分布,分别在胃幽门和十二指肠处有明显的分布密度高峰,并分别在大肠始段和小肠末段有次分布密度高峰,巴西彩龟在食管还有第三分布密度高峰。嗜银细胞多数呈毛笔头样、高脚杯状、锥体形、椭圆形、长梭形等。多数嗜银细胞有明显的突起伸向管腔方向,少量嗜银细胞有突起伸向固有膜或其周围,并可见这些突起处有释放的分泌颗粒,这提示消化道内分泌细胞有内分泌、旁分泌和腔分泌功能,腔分泌功能可能是更主要的分泌方式。
Objective: To study distribution and morphology of argyrophil cells in the digestive tract of reptiles. Methods: With the help of improved Long' s silver impregnation method, argyrophil cells in the digestive tract of Trionyx sinesis, Truchemys scripta were observed. Result and Conclusion: Argyrophil cells' distribution is throughout the digestive tract of two kinds animal, from esophagus to rectum, with the highest density in the pars pylofica and duodenum, and the second highest density in the front of intesfinum tenue and last part of intestinum erassun-an, respectively. Moreover, there is a third highest density in the esophagus of Truchemys scripta. Argyrophil cells appear in the shape of goblet, head of brush pen,pyramid,oval,long shuttle and so on.Most argyrophil cells have processes which stretch to lumen,and a minority of angyrophil cells have processes which strech to the site of them or lamian propria.There are secretory granules which can be seen at the top of some processes.The phenomenon given above suggests that argyrophil cells have exocrine,paracrine and endocrine function,and the exocrine function may be main function.
