溴·乐乳油毒力及药效试验小结

The Toxicity and Control Effect of Xiule EC

经室内毒力测定，复配制剂溴·乐乳油对蚕豆蚜共毒系数（ＬＴＣ）为１４５．７，增效作用显著。田间药效试验结果表明：３６Ｏ毫升／公顷对棉蚜３－４天的防效为９０．３～９５．４％：４５０毫升／公顷对棉铃虫７天的防效为９６．３～１００％，保蕾效果为７０．９－７２．０％；２４０毫升／公顷对萝卜蚜１～２天的防效为８５．７～９１．１％，均优于单剂的药效。而１８０毫升／公顷对茶尺蠖１～２天的防效为９２．０～９６．７％；２７０毫升／公顷对菜青虫１天的防效为８４．２～９９．２％，均与单剂药效相当。对茶小绿叶蝉防效不理想。

The toxicity of Xiule EC,a mixture of decamethrin and dimethoate,against cowpee aphid was tested in green house. The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) reached 145.7,which indicated a remarkable synergism.The results of field trials showed that the combined formulation at 360 ml/ha against cotton aphid gave good control effect for 90. 3～95.4 % in 3-4 days.The percentage of the control effect against cotton bollworn was 96.3-100%,and the effect of protecting cotton bud was between 70.9 % and 72.0 % at 450ml/ha in 7 days.The control effect against mustard aphid was between 85. 7 % and 91.1% at 240ml/ha in 1-2 days,using 180 ml/ha combined formulation in 1 to 2 days,the control effect to tea geometrid reached 92.0～99.2%,and those to cabbage bufferfly was 84.2～99.2% at 270ml/ha after 1 day.In general,the Xiule EC is much better than the single components,but the effect against tea greenfly in not as good as expected.
