摘要
本文讨论了PVC/LLDPE共混体系中,EVA、交联剂对共混物力学性能、相形态的影响。EVA作增容剂,能与交联剂发生协同作用,改善PVC、LLDPE的两相分散性,增强两相粘接力,大幅度提高共混物的强度和韧性。
In this paper, the influences of ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer (EVA,VA% =28%) and crosslinking agents on the mechanical properties and morphology of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)/linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)(60/50) blend system was discussed.From the results, EVA may worked as a compatibilizer in this blend system, which not only improved the phase dispersion of this system, but also increased the phase adhesion,consequently,both strength and toughness were enhanced dramatically.
