摘要
通过改变局部过渡曲面的形状,对熔体的流变性能进行比较,结果表明,局部的合理改变,改善了粘滞流体速度场和温度场的分布,使得控制注塑件整体注塑质量成为可能。
The rheological behavior of the melt were compared by partially changing the shape of transition curved surface of the parts.The results showed that the distribution of speed field and temperature field of viscous fluid can be improved by reasonable partial changes, and it was possible to control the integral quality of injection moulded parts.
