摘要
本文详细分析了注塑机五孔斜排曲肘式合模机构运动特性及其影响因素,并对机构的合模速度曲线进行优化设计,以求在保证模板尺寸及动模行程不变的条件下,其在整个运动过程中运行平稳,同时使机构的力放大倍数和行程比匹配较合理。
In this paper, the movement characteristics and influence factors of a fivepoint toggle clamping mechanism with slant arrangement have been analyzed in detail. And optimization design of its movement characteristics has been made so as to obtain much smoother movement characteristics and higher average clamping speed, and to match the amplification of clamping force and the ratio of the stroke better without any change of the outside dimensions of the mechanism and with the same stroke.
