摘要
基于光声效应的时域光声光谱法将光学与声学有效结合起来,部分克服了组织的强散射性对测量结果的影响,具有灵敏度高、分辨力高等优点,广泛应用于生物医学领域。文中综合论述了时域光声谱法测量原理、关键技术,应用及将来时域光声谱法研究的发展方向,以进一步推动理论及应用研究的工作。
Based on optoacoustic effect, tlme-resolved optoacoustic technique effectively combines optical technology with acoustic technology and partly overcomes the biological tissue's scatter characteristics which might influence the results of measurement. Optoacoustic technique has the advantages of high sensitivity and high resolution and has been widely applied in biomedicine field. In this paper, the measuring principles, the key technique, application and future direction of this technique are synthetically reviewed to promote the research in theory and application in the future.
