摘要
在当前城市设计的理论与实践日益发展的同时,重视形象工程、体现长官意志、缺乏人文关怀的城市设计项目仍层出不穷。本文认为城市设计中需要突出人文关怀,人作为城市设计对象应放在首要位置。通过借鉴国外优秀经验,采取注重市民需求、挖掘城市特色、加强公众参与、完善保障机制等措施,为我国城市营造良好的城市空间和适宜的人居环境。
The development of urban design theory and practice increases day by day. However, the projects paying much attention to the image and expressing of the mayor＇s will emerge in an endless stream. This article believes that the humane attentiveness should be emphasized in urban design. Human being is the most important subject of urban design. The paper draws lessons from abroad to build good urban space and livable environment. The measures below should be taken, paying attention to citizen＇s demand, finding the urban characters, strengthening the public participation, and perfecting the protection mechanism.
