论述了太原市建立环境保护信息系统的必要性和可行性,以GIS技术、Internet技术和数据库技术为基本的技术支持,提出了系统数据库的设计方案、系统的基本原理和系统功能模块的设计方法,为太原市环境污染问题的解决提供了有效的途径。
Based on analysis of the necessity and feasibility of building enviromnental protection system of Taiyuan, and sustained by the technology of GIS, lnternet and database, we brought fiwward the design way for database and functional module of the system and the essential priuciple of the system, The WebGIS system provides an effective pathway for environment solution channel of controlling the environment pollution.
