摘要
通过对东、西方生态文明观形成和发展的探索,归纳出生态文明发展的3个重要特征:较高的环保意识,可持续的经济发展模式,更加公正合理的社会制度。总结出建设生态文明社会必须坚持的3个原则:可持续发展原则、公平原则、整体原则,找出了建设生态文明的4个举措。
Through exploration to the formation and development of the eastern and western ecology civilization view, it higher environmental protection consciousness, sustainable economical development pattern, fairer reasonable social system, summarized thr~ principles which included three characteristics of ecology civilization development： must be persisted during the construction of ecology civilization society. Sustainable development principle, fair principle, overall principle, and discovered four action of ecology civilization construction.
