本文提出了一种新的解决时变滞后系统控制的自适应方法。该方法对时滞跟踪准确、及时，控制效果好，具有很好的鲁棒性和稳定性，适用于稳定的最小相位系统和非最小相位系统。

A new STC scheme is proposed to handle varing time delay system. It can trace time delay exactly and quickly, and has good robustness, stability and accuracy. This method is avalable for stable processes with minimum phase and non-minimum phase.
