HPLC法测定四妙勇安汤有效部位中绿原酸 阿魏酸的含量

HPLC Determination of Content of Chlorogenic Acid and Ferulic Acid in Simiao Yongan Decoction's Effective Fraction

目的：测定四妙勇安汤有效部位中绿原酸、阿魏酸的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Lichrospher C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相采用乙腈-2％冰醋酸梯度洗脱，检测波长为324nm。结果：绿原酸在0．0259～0．519μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为96．62％，RSD为1.31％；阿魏酸在0．0017，0．034μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为101．97％，RSD为3．02％。结论：该法简便、可靠、准确，可用于四妙勇安汤有效部位的质量控制。

Objective： To determine the content of chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid in Simiao Yongan Decoction＇ s effective fraction. Methods ： HPLC method （ spectrum column： Lichrospher C18 ; mobile phase ： CH3 CN and 2% HAe ; wavelength ： 324nm） was adopted. Results ：The calibration curves of ehlorogenic acid and ferulic acid are linear within ranges of 0. 02595 - 0. 519 g and 0. 0017 - 0.034 g,the recovery ratio are 96.62% （RSD = 1.31% ） and 101.97% （RSD = 3.02% ）. Conclusion ：This method is simple,reliable and accurate and can be used in the quality control of Simiao Yongan Deeoction＇s effective fraction
