桔梗中总皂苷的含量测定

Determination of Total Saponins in Radix Platycodon Grandiflorum by Colorimetry

目的:探讨一种较为简便的方法对不同产地与年限的桔梗药材中总皂苷含量进行测定,为桔梗的质量控制提供依据。方法:以桔梗皂苷D为指标性成分,采用超声提取—香草醛比色法。结果:吉林产桔梗中总皂苷含量最高;不同采集时期以春季采收的桔梗中总皂苷含量为高;平均加样回收率为99.22%,RSD=1.8%。结论:此方法简便、快速、准确,便于对桔梗药材进行质量评价。

Objective ： To develop a simpler analysis method for the quantitative determination of total saponins in Radix Platycodon grandiflorum which harvested at various times from different sources, and to offer an evidence for the quality control of Radix Platycodon grandiflorum. Methods ：Platycodin - D was used as the chemical reference substance to establish a colorimetric analysis method for determination of contents of total saponins. Results ：The sample that has the highest content of total saponins is from Jilin province,and harvested in spring is higher than in other seasons. The average recovery of Platyeodin - D was 99.22% and RSD = 1.8%. Conclusion ： This method is convenient,rapid and accurate, which will be helpful to quality assessment of Radix Platycodon grandiflorum .
