HPLC测定复方泰痹胶囊Ⅰ号中大黄素含量

Determination of Emodin in Compound Taibi Capsules Ⅰ by HPLC

目的：HPLC测定复方泰痹胶囊Ⅰ号中大黄素含量。方法：以AlltimaC18柱，甲醇-水-磷酸（80：20：0．04）为流动相：流速：1．0mL/min。检测波长：347nm。结果：大黄素线性范围：5—50μg／mL，r=0．9993，平均回收率为98．3％，RSD=2．67％（n=5）。结论：方法倘使、准确、重现性好，可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

Objective ：To stablish the determination method of emodin tn Compound Taibi Capsules - Ⅰ with HPLC. Methods ： AlltimaC18 columm was used. The mobile phase was methanol -water- phosphoric acid（ 80： 20： 0.04）with 1.0mL/min of flow rate, and the detection wavelength was at 347nm. Results： The linear rang of emodin concentration was from 5 to 50 mg/mL and correlation coeffillient was 0. 9993. The average recovery of sample was 98.3% and RSD = 2.67% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for determination of emodin Compound in Taibi Capsules - Ⅰ .
