摘要
教师职业承诺是影响教师教学工作与学生学习成绩的重要因素。文章简要介绍了教师职业承诺研究的意义、教师职业承诺的结构、国内外教师职业承诺研究的现状。在对已有的研究进行回顾后,提出了教师职业承诺未来研究的方向。
Teacher＇s occupational commitment is an important factor,which influences teacher＇s work and student＇ performance in schools. The paper introduced the importance ,composition ,present situation of teacher＇s occupational commitment researches. The direction of researching further on the teacher＇s occupational commitment was put forward at last.
