摘要
试验研究了多次渗氮矫直法,对于渗氮弯曲变形不合格的曲轴采用多次渗氮矫直,既满足了变形要求,又不影响渗氮效果,是一种有效的补救措施。
The multiple nitriding straightening was researched. The unqualified crankshafts caused by bending distortion during nitriding were straightened by the use of the multiple nitrinding straightening method, with nitrding quality not affected. This straightening method is an effective measure for the crankshafts the bending distortion amount of which goes beyond the limit.
