军校大学生与军事择业大学生综合心理素质对照研究

Comparison study on the comprehensive psychological qualities between graduates choice for military occupation and military college students

目的探讨军校大学生与军事择业大学生综合心理素质的异同。方法采用MMPI、16PF、A型行为问卷、爱德华个人偏好对某海军院校502名毕业生和该院校当年从地方高校招收的107名毕业生进行集体问卷测试。结果军校大学生心理异常检出率(10.36%)显著低于军事择业大学生(17.76%)(P<0.05),军校大学生的Hy、怯懦与果断、自主性、变异性、聪慧性、谦卑性得分显著高于军事择业大学生(P<0.05或P<0.001),军校大学生的Pt、Sc、Ma显著低于军事择业大学生(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论军校大学生心理健康水平高于军事择业大学生,军校大学生与军事择业大学生在人格特征、内在需求、A型行为上基本相同。

Objective To explore the difference on the comprehensive psychological qualities between graduates choice for military occupation（civilian graduates ） and military college students （military graduates）. Methods 502 mililary graduates and 107 civilian graduates newly recruited were investigated by using A type behavior questionnaire, MMPI, 16PF, EPPS. Results Mental problem prevalence of military graduates （ 10.36% ） was lower than that of civilian graduates（ 17.76% ） . Military graduates＇ score of Hy,weak-will or decisive factor, aut factor,ehg factnr were significantly higher than civilian ones＇ s（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Military graduates＇ scores of Pt,Sc,Ma factor were significantly lower than civilian ones＇ s （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The mental health level of military graduates was higher than that of civilian graduates. Military graduates and civilian graduates were similar in personality traits,internal needs and A type behavior.
