长效醋酸亮丙瑞林缓释微球注射剂治疗性激素依赖性疾病合并不孕症

Domestic long-term leuprorelin acetate in treatment of sex-hormone dependent diseases complicated with infertility

目的:了解国产长效醋酸亮丙瑞林缓释微球注射剂治疗性激素依赖性疾病合并不孕症的临床疗效。方法:30例子宫平滑肌瘤、子宫腺肌病、子宫内膜异位症(卵巢内膜样囊肿)合并不孕症病人,予国产长效醋酸亮丙瑞林缓释微球注射剂,3．75 mg,皮下注射,每28 d注射1次,疗程2～6 mo。比较治疗前后体征、激素的变化及最后妊娠结局。结果:30例病人中6例获得成功妊娠(20％)。用药后病人子宫体积、子宫平滑肌瘤(或腺肌病)和卵巢内膜样囊肿均缩小,黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)等亦下降,与治疗前比较差异非常显著(P<0．01)。其主要不良反应为雌激素水平低下引起的一系列表现,如潮热、盗汗、阴道分泌物减少、性交疼痛等。结论:国产长效醋酸亮丙瑞林缓释微球注射剂对性激素依赖性疾病合并不孕症有良好的疗效。

AIM： To study the domestic long-term leuprorelin acetate microsphere-delayed release injection in the treatment of sex-hormone dependent diseases complicated with infertility. METHODS： Thirty patients with infertility accompanied by uterine leiomyoma, uterine adenomyosis or endometriosis were treated with domestic long-term leuprorelin acetate microsphere-delayed release injection, 3.75 mg, sc, per month for a course of 2 - 6 mo. The changes of physical signs, uterus volume, hormone levels and final pregnancy rate before and after therapy were observed and compared. RESULTS： After the treatment, 6 of the 30 patients were pregnant, with successful rate of 20 %, showing the decrease in volumes of uterus, adenomyosis, leiomyoma and the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone; and significant differences with those before the treatment （P 〈 0.01） . The major adverse reactions such as night sweat, hectic fever, decreased of vaginal secretion, pain during intercourse, etc. were caused by hypoestrogenism. CONCLUSION： The domestic long-term leuprorelin acetate is efficient in the treatment of sex-hormone dependent diseases complicated with infertility.
