摘要
针对山西化肥厂的特殊工艺条件(粉煤气中焦油、粉煤等成份含量高,催化剂再生频繁,要求催化剂具有高的机械强度),开发出一种具有特殊载体的新型CO耐流变换催化剂QCS-04,并于1995年5月在山西化肥厂第二变换炉进行了侧流试验。结果表明:QCS-04催化剂具有较高的强度、强度稳定性和活性稳定性,并具有容易硫化,活性组份流失率低等特点。
A new type of sulfur--toierant water-gas shift catalyst (QCS--04) supported on a special carrier was developed with respect to the special process requirements in Shanxi Chemical Fertilizer Plant, a coalbased large-scale ammonia-nitrophosphate plant (high content of coal tar and particles in raw gas, frequent regeneration and high mechanical strength requirement of catalysts). The side--stream test in its second shift reactor showed that QCS--04 catalyst is of excellent mechanical strength, strength stability and activity stability. Furthermore, the catalyst is easy to sulfide with a lower Mo-Co losses than some commercial catalysts.
