摘要
本文对不同种类TiO2原料(中国和日本)的化学组成(不同种类微量杂质及其含量)和显微结构(所属晶型颗粒形貌和颗粒尺寸分布曲线)进行了分析。上海东升厂的TiO2原料与日本的所含微量杂质种类和含量相接近。它们属于金红石晶型,具有规则的颗粒形貌,颗粒大小在1μm左右,制得的PTCR瓷具有良好的PTC性能。
Chemical compositions and microstructure of various TiO 2 materials made in China and Japan have been analysed. The chemical composition of TiO 2 made in Donsheng Factory of China approaches the TiO 2 from Japan. It is of rutile crystal type and has regular morphology of grains, the size of which is about 1μm. The results show that PTCR ceramics made from this kind of raw material have higher performance.
