摘要
采用粉末烧结方法制备MgO-B2O3-SiO2三元系中不同组成的样品。用X-射线衍射、岩相和化学分析方法相结合研究了1100℃40≤MgO%<60组成范围内的相关系,结果表明可用3MgO·B2O3-2MgO·SiO2-2MgO·B2O3,2MgO·B2O3-2MgO·SiO2-MgO·SiO2,2MgO·B2O3-MgO·SiO2-SiO2三个三角形表示各平衡相的相关系。应用重心规则计算平衡相量与组成的关系,其结果可用回归方程表示,并可作为控制富硼渣的理想组成的根据。
The samples were prepared by means of powder sinter and quenched samples were analysed by XRD and petrographic techniques. Chemical analysis was used to verify the composition of test samples, and no evidence of B 2O 3 volatilization was observed. The experimental results showed that the phase relations can be indicated as three trigons, i.e. 3MgO·B 2O 3-2MgO·SiO 2-2MgO·B 2O 3,2MgO·B 2O 3-2MgO·SiO 2-MgO·SiO 2 and 2MgO·B 2O 3-MgO·SiO 2-SiO 2. It coincides with MgO-B 2O 3-SiO 2 ternary phase diagram in literature. The center-of-gravity rule can be adopted to calculate quantity of equilibrious phase under different compositions in the ternary system. The calculated results can be represented with regression equation, which can be used as a basis for controlling the composition of boron-rich slay.
