摘要
本文研究了铅酸钡(BaPbO3)粉料的合成温度、气氛、时间与产率的关系。研究了BaPbO3导电陶瓷的制备工艺,以及Pb/Ba比(摩尔比),烧成温度,气氛对电性能的影响,制得电阻率为10-4Ω·cm的导电陶瓷。
In this paper, productivity dependence of BaPbO 3 powder on firing temperature, atmosphere and time was investigated. The effect of preparation technology, mole ratio and firing atmosphere on resistivity were also investigated. Conductive ceramic having a resistivity of 10 -4 Ω·cm was thus prepared.
