摘要
分析了影响火电机组直接空冷系统初始温差优选的主要因素,阐述了初始温差优选的原理和计算步骤,讨论了空冷凝汽器管束迎面风速选定的依据;结合某电厂的厂址气象条件和运行要求,对300MW机组直接空冷系统的年总费用进行经济性分析,给出直接空冷系统初始温差优选的计算结果。
The essay analyzes the major influence of the initial temperature difference(ITD) of the direct air cooling system on the power plant unit , expresses the principle and the measures for ITD calculation , and discusses the basis for the selection of wind velocity of air-cooling condenser fin-tubes; and then analyzes all annual cost for the direct air-cooling system in 300MW thermal power unit, indicating the calculation results with regard of ITD of the direct air- cooling system, according to the weather conditions at the site of the plant and the requirement of the unit operation.
