医药洁净空调系统的多房间送风量确定

摘要 医药工业厂房中,由于各房间热湿负荷不同,如果满足每个房间都达到同一个室内空气参数,就要求每个房间送风状态点不一样。但是,药厂净化空调系统的特点是同洁净级别负荷相差较大的洁净室在同一个空调系统中,只能有一个送风状态点。针对这一矛盾,本文作者在工程设计中将多个房间看成是一个大空间,设定一个合适的室内温湿度参数及其允许波动范围,并计算出满足送风状态并在误差范围内的各室内参数。用该方法设计的净化空调工程已经顺利完工,投产后各项空气参数均达到工艺要求。 In medicine workshop, because the heat and humidity of each room is different, the ventilation state of each room should be different when same indoors air parameters are attained. But the characteristic of clean air-conditioning system of medicine is that it has just one ventilation state in the same air-conditioning system, though at the same clean level but with different load. In order to solve this problem, a method is pointed out. The method is that the authors consider many rooms as one room, and set up a suitable heat and humidity parameters and admissible fluctuation range. Then each indoors air parameters within the error range are calculated in the condition of ventilation. The clean air-conditioning engineering which was designed by adapting this method has completed successfully, and all air parameters satisfy the technological requirements well after operating.
