埋线与中药综合治疗癫痫40例临床观察

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Epileptic Seizure by Combind Catgut Embedding and Herbal Medicine

目的观察穴位埋线结合中药治疗癫痫的疗效。方法将80例癫痫患者随机分成两组,穴位埋线结合中药治疗组40例,单纯中药治疗对照组40例。对两组患者疗效进行分析。结果治疗组有效率97.5%,对照组有效率85.0%,两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗单纯大发作癫痫,治疗组显效率82.4%,对照组显效率66.7%,两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗大小发作均有癫痫,治疗组显效率94.7%,对照组显效率70.0%,两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论埋线与中药综合治疗癫痫病,其治疗效果明显高于单纯中药治疗;且对单纯大发作及大小发作均有的癫痫治疗,其治疗效果治疗组明显高于对照组。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined point catgut embedding and herbal medicine for treating epilepsy. Methods Eighty patients with epileptic seizure were randomly allocated to two groups,a point catgut embedding plus herbal medicine （treatment） group of 40 cases and a simple herbal medicine （control） group of 40 cases. The curative effect were evaluated in both groups. Results The efficacy rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 85.0% in the control group;there was a significant differ- ence between the two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. For treatment of grand mal,the marked efficacy rate was 82.4% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group; there was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. For treatment of epilepsy with both grand mal and petit mal,the marked efficacy rate was 94.7% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group;there was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of combined catgut embedding and herbal medicine on epilepsy is superior to that of simple herbal medicine. The curative effects on grand mal and on epilepsy with both grand mal and petit real. were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group.
