摘要
为提高卷烟质量的过程控制精度,利用回归分析方法进行了卷烟(滤棒)单支克重与吸阻(压降)、单支克重与硬度间的相关性以及两者之间的预期关系研究。结果表明:卷烟(滤棒)的单支克重与吸阻(压降)间具有极显著的线性相关关系,与硬度间的线性相关性不显著。在质量过程控制中,利用所建立的回归方程,可以对卷烟(滤棒)的单支克重与吸阻(压降)间的关系进行预测与控制,并可在规定的吸阻(压降)范围内,利用近似的预测区间,对卷烟及滤棒的单支克重进行控制。
For improving the process control precision of cigarette quality, the correlations between draw resistance (pressure drop) and hardness of cigarette or filter rod and its individual weight were regressively analyzed. The results indicated that there was a highly significant, positive linear relationship between the draw resistance (pressure drop) and individual weight, while there was no significant relationship between hardness and individual weight, in the quality process control of cigarette or filter rod manufacturing, the draw resistance (pressure drop) of cigarette or filter rod could be predicted and controlled by its weight via the obtained reg^ssion equation, when the weight of cigarette or filter rod is controlled within an approximate predictive intervals corresponding to the given range of draw resistance (pressure drop).
