Cr^(6+)对黄鳝外周血红细胞微核及白细胞的影响

摘要 采用红细胞微核、核异常测试法和白细胞分类计数法,研究了Cr6+对黄鳝的遗传毒性与生理毒性。黄鳝在不同浓度的Cr6+溶液中染毒8 d,其间连续采血制片。结果表明,不同质量浓度的Cr6+均不同程度地引起黄鳝微核细胞率、核异常细胞率等遗传指标的上升和白细胞数目的增加以及各类白细胞比例变化。处理8 d会明显引起细胞微核率和核异常率的上升,说明高质量浓度的Cr6+长时间处理对黄鳝细胞具有明显的遗传和生理毒性。 Smears of blood samples were prepared to study the effects of Cr^6+ on micronucleus and leucocyte in the peripheral blood ofMonopterus albus exposed to K2Cr2O7 at different concentrations for 8 days. The results indicated that Cr^6+ at different concentrations could increase genetic index such as the frequencies of micronucleus and nuclear anomalies, and change the quantity of leucocyte and the scales of different types of leucocyte.
