3D-Design and Simulation of Decelerator Based on SolidWorks

摘要 利用SolidWorks软件生成了一个二级圆柱齿轮减速器的三维模型以及齿轮、轴、箱体等所有零件的三维设计,并结合AutoCAD、CAXA软件生成二维工程图;通过SolidWorks软件特有的仿真运动功能,检查、优化设计方案,实现了减速器的运动仿真,完成了减速器在计算机中的模拟设计。 This paper has designed a 3D model of two-grade cylinder gear decelerator, 3D model of gear, shaft, box and other parts of the decelerator have been finished by SolidWorks software. 3D model of the decelerator has been transformed into 2D plane with the AutoCAD, CAXA software; Simulation of the decelerator can be realized and simulation design can be finished through special functions of solidworks. In order to show the relationship between each part of the decelerator, exploding views have been drawed by SolidWorks. Finaly, simulation design of a decelerator has been completed by computer.
