摘要
合成一种含哌嗪的芳香族二胺单体,将其用于聚酰亚胺的三元共聚中,并制成改性聚酰亚胺膜。表征此三元共聚产物。通过与不含此二胺单体的二元聚酰亚胺相比较,发现此三元共聚产物热性能优异,溶解性也有较大的提高,Tg有所下降,亚胺化温度也有所下降。
A kind of new diamine monomer of modified polyimide with piperazine was synthesized, which has been used in the synthesis of modified polyimide by ternary copolymerization. Compared with the polyimide that does not have the new diamine monomer, the sample obtained has excellent thermal property, a good solubility, a lower Tg and imidization temperature.
