摘要
马属动物染色体的核型模式图及染色体带、亚带研究不仅有助于精确找出马属动物各种间的染色体同源区段,准确进行基因的定位,同时能够检测出染色体存在的一些缺陷。文中概述了马属动物各种群染色体的核型及它们之间的核型关系,染色体带型研究,FISH和ZOO-FISH技术在马属动物上的应用,并阐述了马属动物的种间杂种及一些遗传特例。
The karyotypes, bands and subbands for individual chromosomes of equus not only help to find precise regions of chromosomal homologies between species and to locate genes, but also assist in detecting some chromosomal aberrations. This paper summarizes the chromosomal karyotypes and their relationship of the species, the studies of the chromosomal bandings, the application of FISH and Zoo-FISH technology in equss, it also gives information of the cross-species and provids some genetic special cases.
