盐碱胁迫对碱地肤、地肤种子萌发以及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:23

摘要 分别用不同浓度的中性盐(NaCl,Na2SO4),碱性盐(NaHCO3,Na2CO3)处理碱地肤、地肤种子,分析各种盐分对两种植物种子萌发的影响。结果表明:超过一定浓度以后,盐分延缓了碱地肤、地肤种子萌发;碱地肤、地肤种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数也随盐分的增加而降低;幼苗各部位的生长受到影响,其中盐分对胚根的抑制作用最明显.作为典型的盐生植物,碱地肤生长的最适浓度范围是:NaCl:40~80 mmol/L,Na2SO4:20~40 mmol/L,NaHCO3:10 mmol/L,Na2CO3:5 mmol/L;地肤生长的最适浓度为:NaCl:20~60 mmol/L,Na2SO4:20mmol/L,而在碱性盐NaHCO3,Na2CO3存在的条件下,地肤的长势随着盐浓度的增加而明显降低.综上所述:尽管碱地肤、地肤是属于同一科的两种植物,但是它们对于不同的盐碱反应有很大的差异. The seeds of Kochia sieversiana and Kochia scoparia were treated with different concentration of neutral salt (NaCl, NaSO4) and alkaline salt(NaHCO3, NaCO3). Analysed the effects of different salt on this two kinds of seeds germination. The results indicated that: the germinant time was delayed with increasing the concentration of salt ( NaCl, NaSO4, NaHCO3, NaCO3 ). Once the salt concentration exceeded certain range,the percentage of germination, germination index, and activity index were brought down respectively. The growth of hypocotyls and seedlings were restrained by kinds of salt. Moreover, effects of salt on the radicle were the most obviously. As a typical halophyte, the most suitable conditions of K. sieversiana were: NaCl : 40 - 80 mmol/L, Na2SO4 : 20 - 40 mmol/L, NaHCO3 : 10 mmol/L, Na2CO3 : 5 mmol/L; nevertheless, the most suitable conditions of K. scoparia were: NaCl: 20- 60 mmol/L, Na2SO4 : 20 mmol/ L. Under the alkaline stress, the growth of K. scoparia weakened obviously. In conclusion,results indicated that belonged to the same family, there were lots of distinct differences in the adaptive reactions on salts between Kochia sieversiana and Kochia saparia.
