聚氨酯弹性体反应流变性研究

摘要 利用自行设计的绝热反应流变仪研究了聚氨酯-脲快速扩链过程的反应流变性,用流变仪同时测得绝热扩链反应过程的温度和粘度对时间的关系。把绝热温升与反应热关联,显示凝胶时官能团反应程度。粘度-时间曲线和凝胶时间可预示软硬链段微相分离程度。反应程度和微相分离程度影响着嵌段聚氨酯-脲的结构和力学性能。 The reacting rheological behavior in the process of polurethane-urea fast chain-extension was studied by means of adiabatic reacting rheometer designed by ourselves. The relations of temperature and viscosity vs time in the process of adiabatic chain-extension reaction could be measured by the rheometer at the same time. Concerning the adiabatic temperature raises with reaction heat shows the reacting extent of functional groups when they get to gel. The curves of viscosity vs time and gelling time could show the microphase separation extent of the soft and hard segments. The reacting extent of functional groups and extent of microphases separation have influence on microstructure and mechanical properties of block polyurethane-urea.
