摘要
研究了织物直接涂层用高耐水压聚氨酯涂层剂的配方及制备工艺。讨论了MDI含量、聚醚／聚酯比率、扩链剂对聚氨酯涂层剂皮膜物理性能的影响以及聚氨酯涂层剂结构、涂层加工工艺对涂层织物耐水压性能的影响。
The formulation and preparation process of PU coating agent for direct coating on fabrics are studied. And the effects of MDI content, polyether/polyester ratio and chain extender on the physical properties of PU coating film,as well as the effects of the structure of PU coating agent and coating process on the water-pressure resistance preformance of coated fabrics are discussed.
