杀虫乳油防制蚊蝇和蟑螂的效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究家洁10%杀虫乳油对蚊、蝇和蟑螂的防制效果。方法实验室和现场超低容量喷雾防制蚊、蝇,现场热烟雾喷雾防制蟑螂。结果家洁10%杀虫乳油对致倦库蚊和家蝇的KT50分别为4.6、3.4m in,24 h死亡率均为100%;灭蚊蝇现场使用后1 h,成蚊密度下降90.0%,成蝇密度下降94.4%;灭蟑螂现场使用后,蟑螂激出时间为2.3 m in,48 h死亡率为100%。结论家洁10%杀虫乳油对蚊、蝇和蟑螂具有良好的防制效果。 Objective To study the efficacy of Jiajie 10% emulsifiable concentrate against mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches. Methods I,aboratory and field efficacy test against mosquitoes and flies with the method of ultra-low volume spray, field efficacy test against cockroaches with the method of thermos fog. Results Laboratory efficacy test showed that KT50 of Jiajie EC was 4. 6 mins and 24h mortality was 100% against Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus; KT50 of Jiajie EC was 3. 4 mins and 24 h mortality was 100% against Musca domestica. Field efficacy test showed that the mosquito density decreased 90. 0% and the fly density decreased 94. 4% after 1h; the flash time was 2. 3 mins and 48 h mortality was 100% against cockroaches. Conclusion Jiajie 10% EC had good effects against mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches.
