杀虫悬浮剂对蚊蝇和蟑螂的药效研究

Laboratory efficacy for the suspension concentrate by spraying method

目的探索一种新的测定杀虫悬浮剂药效方法。方法选用密闭圆桶直接喷雾法。结果用直接喷雾法测定出4种杀虫悬浮剂对蚊的KT50分别是7.34,8.87,5.64,11.81;对家蝇的KT50分别是0.78,10.45,9.53,3.51;对德国小蠊的KT50分别是4.64,15.11,9.52,5.81。结论直接喷雾法可用于杀虫悬浮剂的药效测定。

Objective To explore a new kind of laboratory efficacy method for the aqueous suspension concentrate. Methods Spraying directly. Results The KT50 of the four kinds of the suspension concentrate against mosquitoes were 7.34,8.87,5.64 and 11.81 min respectively. The KT50 of the four kinds of the suspension concentrate against the Musca domestica were 0. 78,10. 45,9.53,3.51 rain respectively. The KT50 of the four kinds of the suspension concentrate against the Blattlla germanica were 4. 64,15.11,9.52 and 5.81 min respectively. Conclusion The spraying method could be used in the laboratory efficacy testing for the suspension concentrate.
