凯素灵对家蝇的实验室药效试验观察

Effect of Kofkrine against Musca domestica

目的观察在国内长时间广泛用于防制卫生害虫的凯素灵对家蝇的杀灭效果。方法采用强迫接触法对凯素灵在不同板面、不同剂量、不同处理时间对家蝇杀灭效果进行观察。结果以30 mg/m2的有效剂量,在玻璃板面上持效可达到90 d;以50 mg/m2的有效剂量,在清漆板面上持效可达到90 d;以100 mg/m2的有效剂量,在水泥板面上持效可达到60 d。结论在国内长期应用的凯素灵对家蝇仍具有良好的杀灭效果和持效作用。

Objective To observe Kofkrine＇s insecticidal effect on Musca domestica. Methods Contacting flies to Kofkrine at different boards, different dose and different time of exposure. Results Kofkrine＇s insecticidal effect lasted for 90 days at the dose of 30 mg/m^2 on glass board, for 90 days at the dose of 50 mg/m^2 on varnish board, and for 60 days at the dose of 100 mg/m^2 on cement board. Conclusion The commonly used Kofkrine had excellent longlasting insecticidal effect on flies.
