虚拟装备集成仿真系统的研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于虚拟制造的先进制造理念,提出了虚拟装备集成仿真系统的框架构成,分析了系统各模块实现的关键技术,并利用Open Inventor、Visual C++为开发工具实现了该系统功能,使系统拥有虚拟装配的仿真、工程分析可视化和装备工作过程的仿真等功能。还以CK6430数控机床为应用实例,对该集成虚拟仿真系统进行了验证,结果表明系统实用、准确,仿真效果良好。
