影响顾客价格判断的因素及相应的外部协调策略

Consumer Price Judgment and Implications for Managerial Practice

摘要 近来有关汽油,房价,景点门票的价格上涨以及各种原本不存在的银行收费现象已成为百姓关注的新闻。其实质是隐含了顾客对价格公平性的看法。文章分析了西方学者关于市场流通领域内顾客对价格的公平性判断的研究成果,向政策的制定者或市场营销者提出相应的具有实际意义的策略,以协调顾客对价格公平性的判断。 Recent news coverage on pricing reflects the importance of price fairness.This article integrates the theoretical foundations of fairness perceptions, summarizes empirical findings on price fairness of western academia, and gives some implication for managerial practice.
