摘要
研究了A型门架基座及加强结构的外载荷,采用有限元法计算了结构在各载荷组合工况下的应力。根据计算结果对结构进行了优化设计,从优化结果可见应力分布合理,强度均满足相应的应力衡准要求。该研究方法可为类似船舶的基座及加强结构设计提供技术支撑。
The external loads on the A-type gate crane foundation and its reinforcement structure are studied, FEM is used to calculate the stress of the structure at various combined load conditions. According to the results,the structure design is optimized, It is found from the optimized results that the stress distribution is reasonable, the strength complys with the relative requirement of stress criterion.The research method may offer technical support to the design of foundations and reinforcement structures of similar ships.
