“AO”LCP治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床研究

摘要 目的评估利用“AO”LCP(锁定加压钢板)治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床疗效。方法对40例不同类型的桡骨远端不稳定性骨折采用手术方法治疗,并用“AO”LCP进行固定。结果根据腕关节功能综合评定结果:优26例,良10例,可4例,优良率占90%。结论“AO”LCP是治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的一种可靠方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect on treatment of instable fracture in the distal aspect of radius by using AO LCP （Locking Compression Plate）. Methods We operated 40 patients with different type of instable fracture in the distal aspect of radius which were fixed by AO LCP. Results According to synthetical evaluation of wrist＇s function, the result was excellent in 26 cases, good in10 cases, and fair in 4 cases. Gross excellent and good rate was 90%.Conclusion AO LCP is a reliable method for treatment of instable fracture in the distal aspect of the radius.
