摘要
作为一种新的企业组织和管理模式,虚拟企业符合当今社会、技术、信息发展的需要而大量采用,但在实际工作中存在着沟通、协调、信任、利益分配等诸多问题困扰这一模式的运作,从而导致众多虚拟企业没有达成预期的效果。从企业之间关系的角度对虚拟企业运作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出一些建议及对策。
Being a new mode of enterprise organization and management, simulated enterprises are being widely adopted as they conform to the development of present society, technology and information. However, in the practical situation, the problems of communication, coordination, trust and benefit distribution disturb the operation of the mode, and lead to the failure of many simulated enterprises to obtain the expected goal. This paper analyzes the problems in the operation of simulated enterprises from the perspective of enterprise relationship and makes some suggestions.
