近年来,大学生就业形势日趋严峻。非毕业班本科生是在校大学生的主体,系统了解和掌握他们在学习与就业方面的心态,有助于高校开展针对性的学习与就业指导工作,构建完善的大学生培养机制,有效缓解大学生群体的就业压力。

In recent years, the situation of college students＇ employment has become fiercer in our country. Non-graduating undergraduates are the main constituent of college students. Understanding their views of study and employment wholly can help colleges to give guidance for employment more purposefully, to set up a perfect mechanism for cultivating college students, and to alleviate effectively the employment pressure on college students.
