摘要
提出了一种以木粉为原料,采用高效催化剂,合成木粉聚醚的新方法,与国外合成方法相比,条件温和,工艺简单,易于实施。研究中系统考察了影响合成反应的主要因素,获得了最佳工艺条件,为木粉聚醚的工程设计和工业化生产提供了一定的理论依据。
A new method of synthesizing wood flour polyether with wood flour as raw material by high effect catalyst was proposed. As compared with other synthesis methods abroad, the new method is simple in technology, mild in synthesis condition and easy to put into effect in the large scale industrial production. The influence of main factors on synthesis reaction was discussed. The optimal technological conditions was determined. The experimental results provide a scientific basis for engineering design and industrial production of the wood flour polyether’s.
